Trace the Alphabet Across a Piano Keyboard

Product Description
Core Gameplay
The game board is a piano keyboard displaying white and black keys. Each key has a letter label (A to G repeating). Players must trace a path that visits keys in strict alphabetical order, treating the musical alphabet as cyclic (… G → A → B …). The path can move only to adjacent keys (left or right). The goal is to cover a target sequence of 26 steps without running off the keyboard.
Level & Content Design
40 levels, each with a different keyboard length (from 12 keys to 52 keys). Some levels include “broken keys” that cannot be stepped on. The target sequence length grows from 12 steps to 26 steps. All levels are pre‑designed to be solvable. Fixed product; no live updates.
Visuals & Experience
Realistic piano texture with soft shadows. Pressed keys animate with a gentle downward motion. A subtle piano note (same pitch for each key) can be turned on or off. High‑contrast letter labels on each key for readability. Touch response is within 50ms.
Key Features
“Show next allowed key” highlight.
Unlimited backtracking (undo last step).
Option to play without sound.
No time limit or move count.
User Value
Teaches the cyclic nature of the musical alphabet and basic interval movement. It is a cross‑training puzzle for music beginners and a unique sequencing challenge for non‑musicians.
Usage Scenarios
A quiet learning activity for a child starting piano lessons, a novel puzzle for adults interested in music theory, or a low‑stress game during a train journey.
