Product Description

Core Gameplay
The player sees a vintage typewriter keyboard where several key caps have fallen off and are scattered below. Each missing key has a letter. Players must drag each letter key back to its correct position on the keyboard layout. The goal is to restore the full QWERTY alphabet row (A–Z) in the standard order. Successful restoration types out a short congratulatory message on a paper roll.

Level & Content Design
50 typewriter puzzles. The first 25 use the standard QWERTY row order as reference. The next 25 introduce “jammed keys” – some positions are already occupied by wrong letters, requiring players to swap rather than just place. No live updates. The puzzle set is fully self‑contained.

Visuals & Experience
High‑detail illustration of a 1920s typewriter (public domain design). Keys have a realistic round shape with metallic rims. Dragging a key shows a ghost outline of its destination. The paper roll displays feedback text (e.g., “Well done”). No animations that could cause motion sensitivity.

Key Features

“Highlight correct position” for any dragged key (visual outline).

“Reset keyboard” button returns all keys to the scattered pool.

Offline mode works after download.

No time limits or move tracking.

User Value
Teaches keyboard letter positions in a tactile, low‑stress manner. Useful for adults learning touch‑typing or children familiarising themselves with the QWERTY layout. The vintage theme appeals to nostalgia without gamification pressure.

Usage Scenarios
A calm learning activity at a desk, a puzzle for a rainy afternoon, or a gentle warm‑up before typing practice.
