Core Gameplay
A whimsical setup where letters ride on small train carriages along a track. The train arrives with carriages in a random order. Players must reassemble the train by swapping adjacent carriages until the letters spell a target word from left to right. Each swap costs one move, but there is no penalty for extra moves. The goal is simply to achieve the correct order.

Level & Content Design
90 words grouped into three sets: 3‑letter words (30), 4‑letter words (30), 5‑letter words (30). Words are common nouns (e.g., “BAT”, “FISH”, “CLOUD”). A “free play” mode allows any custom word up to 6 letters (but no dictionary check – users self‑verify). Fixed word set, no live updates.

Visuals & Experience
Bright, cheerful cartoon style – each train carriage has a different pastel colour. The track is a simple horizontal line with countryside scenery (trees, hills). Dragging a carriage causes a satisfying “clunk” sound. The entire interface uses large, finger‑friendly buttons.

An “undo” button that reverts the last swap.

“Show correct order” button that briefly highlights the target word (consumes no hint tokens).
